Margaret Renda Adler is a grandmother and storyteller whose writing is inspired by family, childhood curiosity, and the imagination of her grandchildren. Her stories grew from the simple joy of creating bedtime adventures for her grandson Preston, who preferred hearing something made up just for him. That family tradition eventually helped inspire The Secret Adventures of Preston and Bowie: Daniel Boone’s Cabin.

Through her writing, Margaret hopes to create stories children enjoy and families can share. Her work reflects the warmth, humor, and sense of possibility that make childhood stories memorable.
